I am writing this to inform you of the fine work that was done by Mr. Vincent Marciano in the handling on the sale of my mother's home at 2526 S. 20th Street.

Vince was very professional in all aspects of the transaction.
He was prompt, courteous, informative, knowledgeable, and respectful of the situation given my mother's recent death.

I was quite concered about having an empty house for any length of time since my mother had died and the house was vacant. Vince assured me that he would sell the house quickly and at a fair price. He did just that.
Further, after an agreement had been reached with a buyer, the buyer tried to lower the offer. Vince was very aggressive stance at this time and we both agreed to remain adamant about the previously agreed price. He took the chance of losing the sale for what he believed was fair and I applaud him for that.

At a very busy time for me, he handled many of the details required for closing and that went very smoothly.

The highest accolade I could give you concerning Vince is this: "If I had a house to sell again, Vince would be my first contact."
